Never in my wildest dream I’d have thought a thesis would be my health destroyer.

It all started in March 2020…

I had to do my internship and work on my thesis during the height of COVID in Europe.

Working from 9 to 5, procrastinating from 6 to 10 and finally researching and writing from 10 to 2 constantly for six months resulted in a currently unbreakable habit.

I have not once slept before the new day starts for the past three years.

I have received warnings from my physician father, read tons of articles about the cons of going to bed late and seen videos basically saying tucking in early solves all of our problems.

But it wasn’t until the last few months did I become well aware of how drastically my body is affected by my sleeping habits.

Extreme hair loss

I don’t usually comb my hair since I work from home and seldom hang out with friends or do grocery…
